Rocket 3 plays compulsively likeable pop-inflected rock songs with ironic lyrics describing tough choices and unresolved emotions that are cloaked in optimism. Their sound is packed with fuzzy psychedelic guitars, energetic drums, melodic bass lines, and dreamy vocals. The new 2019 single, Everybody’s Doing It, is a catchy pop punk anthem and is the perfect end-of-summer and back-to-school tune. "Play all your life and do what you like!"
lyrics
They play with our life, but
Everybody’s doing it
So, say what you like, ‘cause
There’s something wrong
You’re here when I’m high, but
Everybody’s doing it
So, play all your life, ‘cause
There’s something wrong
So wrong uh oh
So long uh oh
They take what they like, cuz
Everybody’s doing it
So, do what’s inside, before
It’s all gone
You’re here when I’m high, but
Everybody’s doing it
So, play all your life, ‘cause
There’s something wrong
